PRIVACY POLICY – HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

 

BNC Music Srl, owner of the BNC trademark, in its role as Data Controller handling personal data as per Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Regulation on the Protection of Data (“RGPD”), in compliance with the obligations dictated by the legislature for protection of privacy, hereby wishes to inform you in advance, both regarding the use of your personal data, as well as your rights, with the following notice:

c. Purpose, legal basis and obligatory or optional nature of handling

 

The source of the data in point b is: Data supplied by the interested party.

 

Primary Purpose:

 

  1. Execution of the jobs provided under the contract and the Web Site’s terms and conditions of use;

  2. Communication requirements;

  3. Sending client information regarding regulatory compliance and/or marketing of the Business;

 

Legal Basis

 

  1. handling the information is necessary for the execution of the contract of which the interested party is a party or execution of pre-contractual measures implemented at the request of the aforementioned;

  2. the interested party has expressed consent to the handling of its personal data for one or more specific purposes;

The interested party is obligated to supply the personal data.

 

Possible results of failure to supply personal data: Hindering perfection of the contract or supply of the services requested by the interested party.

 

d. Recipients

 

Exclusively for the purposes indicated above, the data shall be made available to the internal personnel units competent in this regard as well as to external collaborators charged with its handling a list of whom is available of the data controller’s office.

 

e. Transfers

 

There are no transfers of Personal Data to Recipients outside the European Union.

 

f. Retention of data

 

All personal data given shall be handled in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and proportionality, only through the means, including computer and information technology, that are strictly necessary to carry out the purposes described above. In any case, the personal data shall be retained for a period no greater than that strictly necessary to achieve the indicated purposes. Personal data whose retention is not necessary or for which retention is not provided under regulations in force, in relation to the above-indicated purposes, shall be deleted or converted into an anonymous form. One notes that the computer systems charged with managing the data collected are configured, from their origin, so as to minimize the use of data.
